Japanese man arrested for confining young stepdaughter in garbage can as 'discipline'
A 35-year-old man in Japan's Mie Prefecture has been arrested for allegedly placing his partner's five-year-old daughter inside a garbage can and closing the lid, which he claimed was a form of discipline.
