Cabinet Establishes National Tahfiz Council with Zahid at the Helm

Malaysia's cabinet has approved the creation of a National Tahfiz Council to provide oversight and coordination of Quranic memorisation schools across the country. Prime Minister Zahid Hamidi will lead the new body.
