Four Charged After Police Dismantle Plot to Relocate Cambodian Scam Ring to Vietnam
Police in Phu Tho province have charged four individuals, including a Chinese national, for attempting to relocate an online scam operation from Cambodia to Vietnam. The operation was dismantled before becoming operational.
