Singapore man charged with drug-impaired driving after Kallang crash injures two
A 36-year-old Singapore man has been charged with driving under the influence of methamphetamine after allegedly causing a collision in Kallang that injured a taxi driver and passenger. Police seized drugs and weapons from his vehicle.
