Workshop Owner and Two Others Arrested Over Fake Medical Certificate Scam
Authorities in Pekan have detained a workshop proprietor, mechanic, and cleaner suspected of operating an illegal scheme to produce and distribute forged medical certificates using the credentials of a government medical professional.
