Former Felda Chief Denied Chance to Present Defence Before Conviction Restored, Court Hears
A three-judge Federal Court panel will decide this afternoon on an application by a former Felda chairman whose conviction was restored without giving him the opportunity to mount a defence, raising procedural fairness concerns.
