Malaysia Overhauls Legal Training with New Bar Course to Replace CLP Exam
Malaysia is phasing out the Certificate in Legal Practice examination, introducing instead a New Bar Course emphasising practical training. The reform includes a three-month online Conversion Course and six-month Legal Practice Postgraduate Certificate for law graduates.
